The Bay Breeze model being built for BYA for private owners or placement for rental will have 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with separate shower. There will be a comfort room on the front that is completely glass/screen enclosed, with a deck over. This configuration will increase the size of the living rooom and allow the social/dining function to take place in the comfort room.The entire unit is Air conditioned and heated for year round comfort.
