The Annapolitan by Harbor Homes is being built expressly for BYA. It offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with an optional loft bedroom/bath. The second bedroom is set up as an office, with a drop down murphy bed. The large living room incorporates a full sized, U-shaped sofa (that makes into a bed) and ample lounge space as we've moved the dinette out onto the enclosed, comfort room. The entire unit is Air conditioned and heated for year round comfort.
