There's more than one way to get an owner's wing. On virtually all models, the entire forward berth can come up, the floor be extended and this space can then be converted into a pantry/laundry room, work shop, office or simply a walk in closet. Combine this with adding a separate shower to the head and you now have an additional way to make a laundry room.
