on our Catamarans. It includes a walk-on platform on top for easy access

We use rigid, inflatable dinghies (RIB's) These are more buoyant and carry more people and equipment. their soft sides don't go bump in the nite on the mother ship, and they're just more comfortable all around. You'll use your dinghy as your cab, dive platform--constantly. It's important

Charter Equipment common to all of our boats.NOTE: There may be some variation from boat to boat. We will send you a detailed inventory sheet for the specific boat you choose.
Sails. Furling Genoa. Monohulls: In-mast, furling main. Cats: Full battened main w/lazy jacks.
Complete running rigging. All winches, self tailing.
2 sets of Ground tackle . (Larger boats and most catamarans have an electric windlass. In this case there is approx. 120' of chain rode on the primary {Delta plow} anchor, plus an extended rope rode. The second anchor is normally a hi-tensile Fortress with rope rode which is easy to handle and has unmatched holding power)
Diesel engine (2 on catamarans) which heats water and runs an engine driven compressor
for refrigeration. The boat is set up so that one to two hours running of the engine a day will generate enough hot water, refrigeration capacity, and battery charging to last you for 24 hours.
Complete sailing instruments. (Wind direction/speed, Depth, boat speed and VHF radio with weather channels. Some boats have GPS. Generally all of the Cats and larger, over 40', monohulls have auto pilots which steer to wind direction or compass. It also has an auto-tack control so that it can tack the boat allowing one person to handle all requirements for tacking.) Instruments are by
Auto helm.
Complete navigation kit with: Binoculars, hand bearing compass, parallel rules, dividers and appropriate charts. Some boats have GPS--check the individual boat inventory list.
Complete galley equipment, including: Dinnerware for the number of berths in separate cabins, pots, pans,
utensils. Barbecue grill. Propane, Gas stove and oven.
Electric fans in each cabin.
110V system with shore power cord and outlets in each cabin, waterproof in head. An inverter which provides 110V. away from the dock. Cigarette plug and 110V plug at the Nav station for running computers, charging batteries, etc. Oversized battery charger. Heads are manual. Each head has a holding tank and a means for overboard discharge offshore and/or in the Caribbean. There is a shower with H/C water in each head compartment.
Hot & cold pressure water with showers in all heads and a cockpit shower.
Bimini. (A sun/weather protection device which stands alone under the boom so you have protection at anchor or while sailing.)
Cockpit cushions and table. Combined with the bimini and barbecue grill, this makes the cockpit the most popular living space on the boat in any weather.
All misc. gear is provided such as: binoculars, basic tools, hand held compass, first aid
kit, cleaning supplies cruising guide and charts and all required C.G. safety equipment.
An AM/FM stereo with tape deck and a CD player.
Blankets and pillows
Your boat will be delivered with full tanks (water & fuel) and ice in the refrigerator. Clean and ready to go. you just bring: Clothes, personal effects, and provisions. Linens are provided in the Caribbean, but you must provide them or rent them for E-Coast charters.
Linens and towels
Masks, snorkels and fins for each member of your group--all sizes available including
children's.
Hard bottom, inflatable Dinghy and outboard (with full tank). All catamarans include dinghy davits.
In the Virgins and Grenadines, transportation to and from the airport is included. A small cruising tax and/or airport departure tax is not.

Skippers--$85 to $250/day. Cooks also available! Usually $50.00/Day.
You can do a Lean to sail vacation by asking for an ASA captain.
Scuba equipment, windsurfers, sea kayaks--all are available at most locations.
ASA certified captains can provide ASA training and certification at any level during your cruise.
Full or partial provisioning.
Catering, shore support and any other service for corporate or group charters.
Weddings for smallish parties on board. We have a licensed captain who is also a licensed minister. He offers a very nice nautically based service customized exactly to please you. Great for those who aren't particularly religious or want something different!
