We have established a variety of marina locations where you can locate your new luxury houseboat. Each site features great restaurants (on-site or near by), historic tours, and shopping--all close by. Many marinas have pools too.

They're close to major airports and surrounding smaller, private airports. Our floating communities provide ready access for spur-of-the-moment vacations or weekend get-aways.

Where is this famous Chesapeake Bay location that will have a community of 15-30 Hybrid Houseboats? Well, it's Vera's White Sands near Solomons Island--an hour from DC or Annapolis. More below.

Houseboat as a Floating Home/Office!
