I was reminded of what the wealthy know, as I took the water-taxi
across to the boat show from our office during the sailboat show,
recently. They had hailports like "Cayman Islands", "Panama",
etc.

I'm just giving you an idea of what's possible with a few selected samples. The final business plans prepared custom for you are much more detailed and include substantial support information. These are meant to give you a guide line as to whether this approach is for you or not. New and used boats are available but talk to us first! Financing with from 10-20% down. up to 20 years All of the prices used for our examples represent a completely equipped boat set up the same way a private owner would set it up. They include everything from sailing equipment, to electronics, Air Conditioning and every convenience imaginable. They even include the pots & pans, dishes and linens (and the kitchen sink!) You could bring your duffel bag, some food and go cruising for a month and wouldn't need to add a single thing to the boat! 2. The next stepGet started...It's as easy as 1,2,3! 1. Fill out the form and a finance application as a preliminary step... 2. We'll get financing approved and using this information, create a custom business plan. We'll review the options for equipping your boat and discuss options for where to keep it, Following the Sun, etc. We'll answer all of your, or your financial advisors questions and get you comfortable. 3. We take it from there. We'll order the boat, help you set up an LLC or other business format, and provide you all of the documentation including the management agreement, log sheets and everything else you need to set up your business and qualify you for your tax advantages.
Feel free to look over the information on this page, especially the business plans. When you send the form, above, we will provide you with a detailed business plan, based on this information, which will show complete details of your new business. You will see cash flows, tax effects, maintenance tables and everything that you need. The tables will show you this information on a year by
year basis. You don't need to understand all of the tax issues--you just need an overall understanding. You're not ready to go to a tax advisor until you have submitted this form, and your finance application and received a more comprehensive business plan with the finance terms incorporated. Further, if you or your tax advisor would like to talk to a CPA who has extensive knowledge and resources available, we can arrange this. Here's all we ask. You should talk to one of our associates and get a boat priced out the way that you want it. Submit a finance application, and he will set up a simple hull reservation. You see, we need to freeze everything while you're getting the information that you need. The Hull reservation will hold a production slot and a price while we're seeing if this plan makes sense for you. There is nothing to lose. If you decide not to proceed, it won't cost you anything.
