If you're meeting the boat other than in Annapolis, How/when/where? If driving, can someone else return with your car? Can you take someone else with you? How many? Elaborate here...

Special requirements...

Do you have any Special food or health requirements? NOTE: On the 46, we will be sharing the cost of food and beverages. If you buy anything for the boat, please save the receipt. Michele will coordinate who will get what.

Yes, I have read the article about offshore sailing and printed the form. Yes, I understand the inherent dangers, and I have faxed you the form. I will mail an original copy, or drop it off at the BYA office as well.
