Market discussionWhere we've been, what we expectThe market- a review...In general the powerboat market is off considerably--as much as 80% for some manufacturers, and the sailboat market is off as much as 30%or more in many markets. BYA, however, continues to post solid sales with a loss of only about 10% over over the previous, record year. The combination of exceptional products relative to the market and our very successful boat as a business plan, we continue to increase our market share. Let's Go Cruising, our charter company also continues to introduce new clients to our products. Finally, the Annapolis Boat Show, staffed by our Sales Associates, like you, accounts for 50-70% of our annual business. All of these advantages are unique to BYA and continue to make us the number one dealer in North America for each of our products. We won't be sitting back, and we anticipate further sales increases as the market has come back, and we are extremely strong coming out of the recent slump. We expect to be even more competitive going forward. P.S. Our web site continues to be an outstanding source of leads and compliments for the complete information that we offer.
